Space Commerce Bill Proposed legislation seeks to update responsibilities of the Office of Space Commercialization • Serve as principal unit in DOC for space commerce policy activities • Foster conditions for economic growth and technological advancement • Represent space commerce interests within USG and internationally • Promote advancement of U.S. geospatial technologies • Support national space-based PNT organizations Solidify long-term, effective USG PNT Advocacy
