  5. My TRT Wish List Things I would invest in if I was staying on board □ Branding: Clarify vision, positioning, target market, message, logo, website, etc based on consumer insights research □ TRT: Invest in TRT as a mission-critical team considering that quality of recruits ultimately impacts all critical program outcomes, coach satisfaction, new partnerships, and renewals and that the team leadership is promoted from within the organization □ Technology: Implement a technological solution to improve the customer tracking and relationship management process □ Non-profit Partnerships: Closing deals like INROADS will ensure 25%+ of our pipeline for both programs □ Admission Criteria: That we take a written stance on its ethnic requirements considering the diversification of the US population and increase of mixed race applicants and to make sure we aren’t “creaming the crop”. □ CareerDiversity Blog: Seek to become the hub for minority young pros.

  6. My MLT Wish List Projects I would champion if I was still on-board □ Company-wide Retreat: a space to co-create and align on the company vision and identify the organizational assets and liabilities to realizing that vision □ Employee Development Program (i.e Annual staff awards banquet, hiring an incredible HR VP, a mentorship program be established between employees, senior management, and board members, everyone read Good to Great) □ Customizable Database: a technological solution is established to free the flow of information and data throughout the organization □ Outcomes Research: organize a control group of sophomores and minority MBAs and compare their career tracks to MLT alumni over 10 years
