  1. Weight Reduction - Become the Biggest Loser This is the common way that most people think. They think that once they lose the weight, they can just go back to their normal eating habits, and all is fine. This is the problem. Once you lose weight on a diet, you end up lower your metabolism rate a bit. Now, if you go back to your regular eating habits after a weight loss, you will regain all of that weight you lost, PLUS MORE. The best way to lose weight is without dieting. How is this possible? By making small changes in the way that you eat, and the foods that you eat, you can lose weight, over time. The more drastic the changes, the less likely you are to stick to them. What you need to do is make better choices. Always choose foods that are closest to their natural form. All processed food is bad, along with fried foods and foods that are high in fat, sugar and salt. Making a conscious choice to eat more whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat milk products and lean meats is the best course of action. As you change the way you eat and eventually, your attitude towards those foods, you will notice changes taking place in your body. The healthier you eat, the healthier you will become. As you eat healthier, your body will adjust and weight will disappear from your body. The word "diet" has been misconstrued for so long. It should actually be a "lifestyle change" that we think of when we try to lose weight. We have to change the way we eat for the long term, not temporarily. For some people, weight loss may be the most difficult thing to do, or even impossible. Many ways have been done, but they did not succeed.
