  2. What does it mean to be conquered? To conquer? Charting the Course of Change-20 points (due Tuesday) Throughout the approximately 4000 year history of Egypt the country is invaded and conquered several times. We are focusing on periods of major change • Using the timeline I want you to list the incident and dates that Egypt is “conquered” by a foreign power. • In addition, list any instances were major change occurs due to forces within Egypt (such as collapse due to internal conflicts) • For each instance write why or how it happened and explain how control was restored or Egypt changed after the incident and if those changes were maintained
