Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) • How should the information be formatted? • Please provide information in the original source document, such as Word, Power Point, Publisher, etc. If it is only available in PDF, it helps if the PDF is not just a scan of the hard copy, but a PDF created from the original source. Text can be copied from original documents and original PDFs. No MAC compatible documents can be used. • What type of images can be sent in? • Graphics should also be in the original source if possible, JPEGsare also useful. Photos and graphics can also be extracted from a Word, Power Point, or Publisher document as well. Some PDF graphics can also be extracted, but the quality may not be high. All graphics are converted to GIFs to decrease the file size. Photos of the product in use or in a recipe are the most useful for the guide.
