Parcours d’une non-conformité Une personne ayant droit en écriture dans une activité donnée ouvre un document EDMS, l’ouverture déclenche une notification à la liste QM (Quality manager)pour cette activité. Initiated Deleted Le QM étudie le document dans l’état Initiated,il peut le modifier, il décide soit deleted soit de le notifier au PE (Project Engineer) de l’activité en changeant l’état en NC Check. NC Check Cancelled Le PE étudie le document dans l’état NC Check,il ne peut pas le modifier, il décide soit de cancelled soit passer en Action Plan. Dans l’état Action Plan le PE peut ajouter des autres fichiers au document. En particulier le PE doit décider si lancer la non-conformité en approbation ou s’il peut décider internement. Action Plan PE ONLY PM Si le PE démarre un processus d’approbation, il pourra utiliser la liste PM (parmi un choix prédéfini, éditable) qu’il juge appropriée. En tout moment le PE peut interrompre le processus d’approbation en changeant l’état soit en Approval Closed soit en Approval Rejected. Dans l’état Approval Closed le PE peut ajouter des fichiers. Dans l’état Approval Rejected le PE peut lancer une version 2 du document. Approval Open Approval Closed Approval Rejected En passant par le processus d’approbation si la non-conformité est critique, ou directement si elle n’est pas critique, le PE notifie la disposition au QM en passant à l’état Actions Underway. Dans cet état il est permis d’ajouter des fichiers si l’action doit être modifiée en cours d’œuvre. Actions Underway Une fois la non-conformité résolue, le PE ferme la non-conformité. Dans cet état il n’est plus permis d’ajouter des fichiers. Une notification est envoyée à l’Owner, QM, PE, PM. Closed D. Tommasini 24 September 2002 EDMS No. 3568802/10
