Future for the Bank: Investment in Technology • We have commenced the process of migrating to a much more robust IT platform that opens a whole new dimension to the way we will manage and drive dfcu business going forward. • This platform will enable us introduce & launch several new electronic channels previously not possible , which gives us the opportunity to serve MUK better and will offer a whole range of convenience options on a 24 hour basis. These include….Internet banking, Mobile phone banking, VISA cards, SMS banking, Points of Sale etc. • The reporting capabilities of the new IT platform will enable us give MUK a complete view of its business with us and thus gives us opportunity to manage customer relationships better.
