  2. Vision • People with disability are more skilled, more confident and more active in leadership roles in business, community, government or their chosen area of interest.

  3. Program Goals The program will: • Assess participants’ leadership development needs • Create individual leadership development plans • Link each participant with appropriate training, support and mentoring for up to 12 months

  4. Program Goals The program will: • Link participants to opportunities to use their leadership skills • Ensure the needs of participants are met • Ensure staff are well supported and qualified to provide the contracted services.

  5. Activities to date • Formed Advisory Group • Developed policies and procedures, website and promotional materials, application package, evaluation framework • Advertised, interviewed and selected participants for Intakes 1, 2 and 3

  6. Activities to date • Retreats held in September 2012, February 2012 and June 2012 • Facilitators working with participants to develop and undertake activities from their Individual Leadership Development Plans • Continuous improvement and Evaluations ongoing
