  2. Imagine that you have a busy day of shopping and while you’re strolling back to your car, burdened with all of your purchases, suddenly you trip on broken pavement and you fall.

  3. Something similar can happen while visiting a friend’s house and you lose your footing on a slippery surface that you didn’t observe.

  4. In some cases, a slip or fall like those mentioned are simple incidents, but they can also cause severe injuries and in some cases, could lead even to death. It is noted that slips and falls are some of the leading causes of non-fatal injuries that require to be treated in the hospital.
