Presentation Transcript

  • LoudCloud features are different than Angel features.

  • You come across an unprofessional or questionable post in the LoudCloudClassroom. What do you do?

  • There is a 2-step process to hide the post from the class and actually “report” this post to the Faculty Specialist team at GCU.

  • The “Report Abuse” Feature is the first step in this process.

Important
Important!

  • The “Report Abuse” Feature does not “report” anything to anybody.

  • Faculty will utilize this feature:

    1) As a precursor to submitting a ticket with the Faculty Specialist team.

    2) To hide any questionable posts from the classroom

  • For ticket with the Faculty Specialist team immediately by clicking on the following link instructions on submitting a Faculty Specialist ticket, please refer to the Online Faculty Policy Manual (Participation, Engagement, and Facilitation section, p.10).

  • To contact a member of the Faculty Specialist team directly, please call 602.639.7204.
