Anteil dieser fünf Staaten an EU-27: 62,8 Prozent

Europarat Januar 2001 Die parlamentarische Versammlung des Europarates ruft in einer Empfehlung die Mitgliedstaaten dazu auf, allen AusländerInnen mit legalem Aufenthaltsstatus nach fünf Jahren unabhängig von der Nationalität das uneingeschränkte aktive und passive Wahlrecht auf kommunaler Ebene zuzugestehen.
