  2. Why Have Training? It is important to educate all COV qualified and qualifying Project Managers with the new process and procedures for managing and COV IT projects. New methodology becomes effective January 1, 2011.

Types of Training, When and Where • New COV PM Training - Hands on • Establishing your project in ProSight • Maintaining your project in ProSight • Scheduled for January 20th and 21st , CESC • February training - TBD • Qualified PM Training • Hands on not required • Attend training of the new PM process and procedures in ProSight, document training to maintain qualification • Scheduled for January 31st , CESC • February training - TBD
