WAB Email Signature. A How-to Guide. Login to your WAB email account URL - https:// mail.wab.edu. This is what you should be seeing. If you have different landing page, logout and change the Default option under the login box to “Advanced (Ajax)” and login again. Click on “Preferences” tab.

  1. WAB Email Signature A How-to Guide

  2. Login to your WAB email account URL - https://mail.wab.edu

  3. This is what you should be seeing. If you have different landing page, logout and change the Default option under the login box to “Advanced (Ajax)” and login again.

  4. Click on “Preferences” tab

  5. Click on “Signatures” under the Preferences box on the left

  6. Give your signature a name. E.g “My Personal Signature”

  7. Change the “Format As Plain Text” to “Format As HTML”

  8. Next step requires you to go to MyWAB – Services and find a document called “WAB Branding and Style Guide: How We Tell Our Story” Or access it directly from the following URL http://my.wab.edu/services/communications/WAB-Branding-and-Style-Guide

  9. Click “Email Signature Examples” This will take you to our sample signature

  10. Start selecting from “Your Name … “ until the dot underneath. After selecting, do “Command” + C to copy the area. Email Signature Sample – URL http://filestore.wab.edu/publications/emailsample.html

  11. Paste the signature in the text box beneath the Name box

  12. Update the following with your own information • Your Name Here • Your Title Here • Ext. 1000 (If you don’t have extension, delete this) • your_email@wab.edu

  13. If you made mistake with the layout, do “Command” + Z to undo your mistake or go back to the email signature example page and start again from there.

  14. Under “New Messages” and “Replies & Forwards”,click on “No Signature” and assign it with your signature name.

  15. Last step is to click on “Save”

  16. Go ahead and test it out by clicking “New Message”

  17. Congrats. Mission Accomplished!
