Evaluation Plan • Evaluate along the way by getting feedback from students at St. Michaels Indian School • Utilize our liaison at St. Michaels for additional feedback (We have employed a representative to assess usage and behavior at St. Michaels) • Conduct user focus studies, web analytics, surveys, and videotaping to gather qualitative and quantitative data • Fully disseminate prototype at St. Michaels • Market to broader set of schools to obtain widespread adoption for the September 2013 launch • Projected deployment: 1000 users by September 2013 and 10,000 users by September 2014 • Maintain data to keep track of the following: • Longevity of usage • Rate of adoption • Percentage of users who apply to college, get accepted, and matriculate
