Think about the elements of music and how they are used • In what ways does the music help tell the story of the Sorcerer’s Apprentice? • Explain how the music represents the movement of Mickey’s Mop and Buckets at 2:38 • Explain how the music changes when Mickey directs the stars at 4:25 • What instrument can be heard as the waves crash onto the rocks at 5:11?

  4. Homework Task 3 Create a mood board of a mood or emotion of your choice. Your mood board should include the following: • Images which relate to your mood/emotion • Adjectives which relate to, or help explain your mood/emotion • Musical words that you could use to describe what your mood/emotion might sound like (for example, which elements of music do you think of for your mood/emotion, and how are they used?) We will be using these mood boards as a basis for creating a piece of music next lesson. You should print your mood board off and bring it in to class An example of a mood board can be found on the VLE
