Other User Charge Ordinance Amendments • Clarification of MWRD titles as Executive Director, Director of Monitoring and Research and Supervisor of User Charge and Technical Services • Authority for MWRD to assign UCO Reporting Options under Sections 7f, 7g and 7h where appropriate • Authority for MWRD to estimate NUC owed and initiate collection immediately if facility closes mid-year • Define various water losses as “Deductible Quantities” • Increase MWRD response time to reseal meters after notification from two days to five days • Clarification of technical proposal acceptance vs. methodology approval and effective reporting year • Revised ACR Rates (MPR, UCV) equate to a 5% increase • Clarification of MPR charge for discharge verification as per sample pointlisted in the Discharge Authorization 16
