  12. DB Pension LawsuitSupreme Court of Canada • Feb 2012 – Sought leave to appeal • Oct 2012 – Won leave • 2013 – Appear before the Supreme Court • Percentage of cases granted leave is very low • All three unions and the retiree group (TRAM) are sharing the costs
