California Environmental Protection Agency AIR RESOURCES BOARD Introduction • Initial draft staff proposal made available late July 2003 with a workshop in October 2003 • Proposal was subsequently deferred • Work began again in early 2004 • New draft proposal was released January 2005 • Finalized regulation and staff report out in late May/early June, with Board Hearing scheduled in July 2005
