OIC Members have developed this Tender Information Management Service [TIMS] as an initial module of the E-business process. This E-process comprises a number of stages including: A E-Tenders F E-contract variance B E-Resource - partners & sub-contractors C E-budgets G E-performance D E-quotation H E-payment E E-contract I E-support and enhancement TIMS E-commerce process listed on Victorian Gov E-commerce web site http://www.go.vic.gov.au

Objectives TIMS & OIC TIMS - set up in July 2000 Provide Members and Subscribers with: 1 regular notices of tenders - 2 analysis of tenders in structure format for easy understanding 3 market intelligence for business planning OIC 1 Forum reviewing tenders of interest 2 contacts for tender response 3 access to project/tender funding

  6. E - Funding for E-commerce Initiatives OIC monitoring funding initiatives as part of the TIMS- Tender Information Management Service. Keep members and subscribers aware through e-mail and monthly meetings Recent announced funding grants include: 1 DIST - ITOL - developing projects 2 Test-IT - testing, trialing projects 3 ISR - IAccP - awareness of innovation projects Funding only available to consortia working together
