  • Semester 1 and 2

  • Lectures – one hour per week

  • Labs/workshops – 2 hours, weekly or biweekly.

  • Biweekly Tutorials

  • Three Field trips

    IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET TO THE RIGHT CLASS ON TIME

    FIELDWORK TAKES PRIORITY OVER ALL OTHER TEACHING

Tutorials

  • Biweekly in semester 1 and 2

  • Times arrange by you and tutor

  • Require preparatory work

  • Tutor is first person to ask about things that concern or interest you

  • Your tutor is there to help you throughout degree programme

  • All coursework – no exams

  • Four separate assessments –some with multiple parts

  • Criteria given in manuals

  • All 4 should be attempted

  • Late marks will be applied (5 marks per day)
