  3. Financial Info • Husband: Neurologist-Salary: $150,000 • Patient (Wife): In school to become a doctor

Health Insurance • Plan type-Network: a group of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers contracted to provide services to insurance companies costumers for less than their usual fees. Provider networks can cover a large geographic market or a wide range of health care services. Insured individuals typically pay less for using a network provider. • Deductable- 2500- a fixed dollar amount during the benefit period-usually a year-that an insured person to pay a fixed dollar amount when medical service is received. • Coinsurance- 0%. A form of medical cost, sharing in a health insurance plan that requires an insured person to pay a stated percent of medical expenses after the deductable amount if any was paid.
