WG Technical Activities • Reaffirmation ballot of IEEE Std 1076.1-1999 • New 1076.1 Project Authorization Request (PAR) • Approved by IEEE NesCom • Scope • Fixing errors in the 1076.1 LRM • Synchronization of IEEE Std. 1076.1-1999 with upcoming IEEE Std. 1076 enhancements (a.k.a. VHDL-200X, http://www.eda.org/vhdl-200x/) • Approach • Integration of 1076.1 LRM with 1076 LRM by using conditional text • Tentative Schedule • Ballot in late fall 2005 (depends on VHDL 200X activities) • Next steps • Start funding effort for LRM work • Complete resolution of IRs • Collect information about future language direction • White papers on Mixed Nets and RF modeling under development
