  3. Roles in eRoom • Basic eRoom choices are: • Coordinator -- Has full access to all content in the eRoom. At least one member must be assigned this role. • Participant -- Can create new items, and read and edit other members' items as allowed by the access control settings for any particular item. • Observer -- Can monitor activity in the eRoom, but cannot participate.

How to Control Those Email Alerts If anything in an eRoom changes, you can receive an email To change notification settings: • In the map or in the item box, right-click an item's icon and pick "Notification" from the pop-up menu. • To change notification settings for an entire eRoom, go to the map and right-click the icon to the left of the eRoom's name. Pick "Notification" from the pop-up menu. • Or, select an item's check box and click "notification" in the command bar. • Or, in an email change report, click the link to change notification settings. • Click "OK" to put your settings into effect. • Note: If you turn off notification for the entire eRoom, you can limit change reports to the selected item.

You can read the chapters and forms at any time in any folder. You are seeing these chapters and the SRC member comments as your SRC representative is seeing them. Please inform yourSRC representativeof your comments so they can pass them along with the other comments from your division.
