  1. Reimbursement of medical expenses 1.Employees and their family members are entitled to reimbursement of medical expenses. 2.Family members of the employees with an income of Rs.3500/-pm +DA are not eligible for this facility. 2.Consultation should be with Authorized Medical Attendant only. 3.In patient treatment should be taken from GH or authorized hospitals. 4.On emergency treatment can also be taken at private hospitals under special circumstances. 5.Cost of medicines purchased on prescription by AMAs are reimbursable subject to admissibility.

Reimbursement of medical expenses • 6.Cost of lab tests taken as per prescription is reimbursable as per prescribed rates. • 7.Cost of implants such as pacemaker, stents are reimbursable as per prescribed rates. • 8.Cost of Hearing aid, Intraocular lenses, artificial appliances are reimbursable as per prescribed rates. • 9.If the treatment is prolonged one for the same disease but taken in various spells separate claim should be preferred for each spell. • 10.Advance for taking treatment can be had based on the estimates issued by the hospital subject to limits.
