Specialists Targets – Label/Luxury Packaging Category (Barber, Jacober, Whetstone) • Variable incentive will be paid based on performance vs targets • Different sales roles have targets tailored to their responsibilities • Process to set targets for luxury packaging and label • Targets aligned with 2010 business plan for Niche Market • 2009 Baseline of 12.7 M lbs. and $15.6 M • 2010 goal of +1.75 M lbs. and $1.9 M; F/Y goal of 14.4 M lbs. and $17.5 million • Incentive for Q1 and Q2 will be based on the following: • 100% of payout will be based on meeting our overall 2010 goal for this channel. • Motivates behavior to support the team success in this channel. • Targets will be set based on meeting 12% growth goal • Q1 target will be lighter than Q2 target based on seasonality of the business. • Program for 2H 2010 • Desire is to build the capability to accurately and effectively track an individual performance component that can be driven from Oracle sales reporting
