Abuja Steering Committee Decisions • Decision made • Rotation of Co-Chairs to be announced in Mexico • Rotation of the Steering Committee members, while ensuring continuity by mid-June • Expansion of the Steering Committee to 24 members to include additional members by mid June: • Arab donor • Additional representative from Africa • Additional representative from provider-recipient country • Non-traditional Civil society stakeholders, including trade union • Local Government • Foundations • Identify regional organizations to support the Steering Committee members going forward. • A small group to review ways in which to strengthen resourcing

Discussions • Steering Committee meeting rotation - Constituency-based process • Rotation of co-chairs (recipient country, recipient-provider country) • Rotation of Steering Committee members • Identification of support facility/platforms/mechanisms to support Steering Committee members (i.e. regional platforms/organisations, etc • Systematic regional meetings as part of the overall working arrangement?
