Your responsibility • Your health is your responsibility.  At some point in life you may feel that healing is the process where you need to be "fixed"; it can be an emotional, physical or social issue. Its your responsibility to exercise daily and eat healthy foods. You can have help along the way ,but if you don’t want to change, you never will!!

  3. Fear • Fear of the unknown is a common roadblock to progress of any kind. In this case, improving your health. Millions of people, mainly women, flood gyms, buy supplements and sign up for weight loss programs only to give up a few months later. There is only a 3% long-term success rate in weight loss. We all know we need to eat healthy, stay active and reduce stress, but how do we do it? That's the million dollar question. Sometimes information can be a counter productive thing. Especially if it instills fear!

  4. Obsessions • Food addiction is a term used to describe a pathological disorder.(usually happen when people are stressed) It is the compulsive craving for and consumption of food. This can effect all your emotions.(happy, sad ,mad, and all the other ones)

  5. Stress • Stress is a big deal. Most of the time people turn to food to relieve stress. Most of the time it is fatty foods.(such as donuts, candy bars, chip, and pop) This then turns to obsession and then people turn chubby. Then when the stress is gone the people realize what is wrong , and do it all over again.
