  8. 即時通訊軟體 • MSN (Client-server 架構) • 目前最廣泛使用的即時通訊軟體 • ICQ • 在MSN沒出現時，是當時主流的即時通訊軟體 • SKYPE (P2P架構) • 目前最廣泛使用的即時語音通訊軟體 • 分為Internet 和電話網路(PSTN) • 有線網路VS.有線網路OK • 有線網路VS.無線網路學術網路OK,電信網路Delay • 有線網路VS.室內電話OK，需付費 • 有線網路VS.手機 Delay嚴重，需付費
