  3. WHAT? • Afreetwo-day music and arts festival “of and for the community.” • Attended by over 4,000 people each day. • Music performed by over 20 bands with national headliners closing each night. Past headliners include: • Norah Jones, Los Lobos, Joan Osborne, The Wailers, The Smithereens, Rusted Root, Railroad Earth, Marshall Crenshaw, Aztec Two Step, Steve Forbert, Raul Malo (of The Mavericks), Shemekia Copeland, and Alejandro Escovedo. • 50 Arts andcrafts vendors (unique and original work) + 20 food vendors (diverse offerings from local restaurants). • “KidZone” withlarge inflatables, games, crafts, face-painting, and more. .

WHERE? • The festival takes place in Memorial Park in the heart of Maplewood, NJ. • Maplewood voted “Best Downtown in NJ” by NJ Monthly Magazine, 2015. • Just steps from NJ Transit Train Station, and easily accessible via routes 78, 24, and 280. • Set on a natural hillside amphitheater in historic Memorial Park, accommodating 3,000 – 6,000 daily attendees in a “bring your own chair and blanket” setting.

HOW? • It’s free for all attendees! • We are 100% volunteer-run and financially self-supported via: • Merchandise (t-shirts, hats, lawn sign, magnets, etc.). • Art & Food Vendor fees. • Advertisement – website, brochure, on stage. • Sponsorships – higher visibility on website, brochure, and stage. • Band application fees –honorarium for each performing band. • Our budget funds: • 2-4 national headline acts, professional stage & sound system, merchandise production, security, waste management, and logistics costs. .

  6. The 9-member Maplewoodstock Organizing Committee is a group of local music- and art-loving friends. Most of us have been involved with the festival for 10+ years and rotate responsibilities. We also reply on additional “day of” volunteers to staff our merch booths, decorate the stage, and help with logistics. . • Core Committee: • Music Team • Arts Team • Food Team • Merchandize Team • Stage décor team • Town liaison • Advertising and sponsorship team

DOUBLE PLATINUM SPONSOR • (Exclusive)- $7,500 • Top two spots on horizontal stage banner adjacent to the Maplewoodstock logo • 10’ x 10’ tent and table provided by Maplewoodstock for your promotion team • 1/3 page four-color banner ad in SOMA Living magazine (Maplewoodstock edition) with a circulation of 12,000 • Full page ad and cover page slug in the 12-page program (circulation of 10,000) • 6,500 will be inserted into the Maplewood News Record • 3,500 will be distributed at the festival • Opportunity to introduce a headliner act from stage • Website banner advertisement • 179 x 170 pixel web ad on www.maplewoodstock.com, from February 1 through show dates. • 4 backstage passes • All day “shout out” acknowledgement

PLATINUM SPONSOR $5,000 • Two logo spots on side vertical stage banners flanking stage • Full page ad in the 12 page program (circulation of 10,000) • 6,500 will be inserted into the Maplewood News Record • 3,500 will be distributed at the festival • Fullpage four color banner ad in SOMA Living magazine (Maplewoodstock edition) with a circulation of 12,000 • Beer Garden banner (4’ wide x 3’ tall) • Opportunity to introduce a regional act from stage • Website banner advertisement • 179 x 170 pixels web ad on www.maplewoodstock.com, from February 1 through show dates • 2 backstage passes • All day “shout out” acknowledgement
