Mindtap and Canvas Best Practices/Tips & Tricks • Hide extra MindTap modules that are not needed in Bulk; reduces confusion • Make extra Hands-on Labs as Practice in MindTap • Edit Assignments in Bulk for Graded or Practice assignments • Make due dates in Canvas; no need to make due date in MindTap unless want to restrict student from doing assignment when it’s late • Build your course once in Canvas with MindTap integration and then copy the course to create a new course; avoid using import course, use copy course

What is National Cyber League (NCL)? • Defensive and offensive puzzle-based, capture-the-flag style cybersecurity competition. • Virtual training ground helps students prepare and test themselves against cybersecurity challenges that they will likely face in the workforce.  • All participants play the games simultaneously during Preseason, Individual Game and Team Game. • NCL allows players of all levels to enter; easy, medium and hard challenges • The NCL challenges are based on the CompTIA Security+™ and EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)™ performance-based exam
