4. Series2k POS Interface Detail The Series2k POS Interface allows multi stations, multi POS’s to all be setup on one PC. We are also the only company that takes ALL POS types and converts the data to NACS XML.

5. Series2k POS Interface Setup and Maintenance • The POS Setup and Maintenance screen allows you to : • setup the time each station closes the end of day • filter out data you do not want to import from the POS • Setup Price Books rules and formats • Check for price book updates on the web

6. Series2k POS Interface Fuel Invoice and EFT Import from the web • The POS EFT Import screen allows you to import • Fuel Invoices and • EFT data from the oil company web site • Currently we offer Chevron, Conoco and 76 but others will be added as available

7. New POS Monitor System Series2k has developed a new interface which will monitor your POS system and also post data as it becomes available to the web. This interface will also monitor price book updates that are on the web and then send them to the POS all automatically

Series2k Subscription Service all Web Based Series2k is a subscription service which allows you to budget easily and also reduces large out lays of cash at start up or upgrades.Here the screen shows the auto subscription update system - simply click on :”Renew subscription from the web” and you are auto extended.(Requires web connection)

16. Series2k Daily Fuel Sales Fuel sales are displayed and calculated automatically for margin, daily and 30 day profitability. Display includes Gallons, total dollars, sales price per gallon with and without sales tax, current cost per gallon, margin, today’s Fuel Profit and your 30 day Profit ALL AUTOMATICALLY.

17. Series2k Daily Fuel Sales Fuel Reconciliation is also computed automatically and provided your tank monitor sends data to the POS system we import that data into the correct day and display your net and gross over and short as required by most states. Again all automatically.

18. Series2k Daily Other Sales Department sales and profit are displayed - noting your departments are Auto created and changed if your POS changes. Profitability is based on that days sales of actual SKU’s. Each day we automatically calculate your department profit based on THAT DAY’S SALES and convert that to the department level. (Only for departments that have scanned SKU’s)

19. Series2k Daily Cash Reconciliation Daily Cash Reconciliation is imported from the POS and then checked and corrected as necessary. If an item needs to be sent to QuickBooks that is shown here. Not all items need to be send to QuickBooks.

Series2k Manual Input Manual Input is used in a number of scenarios: 1) Your station does not have a POS system that allows data to be downloaded. 2) System crash on your POS system. 3) Lost data In any of those cases we need to enter data manually and this is done in seconds simply by filling in the blanks of the departments auto created. Some clients run multi stations and have 1 or 2 stations with no POS connection. Using this allows you to simplify your manual and auto POS stations and run all in one system.

Series2k Detailed Sales Analysis Overall View Detailed Sales Analysis is available under the Sales Analysis button and as can be seen gives incredible easy to read store analysis and enables the user to see trends and problem areas. This is available by one station or to add ALL your stations together in the same display.

Simply click on the first column of the department and you will see a breakdown of every SKU sold with the price for that station for that day ! INCREDIBLE ! You can even double click here and if the sales prices was wrong you can change the sell price immediately and so next time a price book is updated to the POS the price will be corrected !

Series2k Fuel Invoice Entry Fuel Invoices are entered in 2 ways: 1) Manually simply by clicking on the Add New Invoice button. 2) Auto import from the web site - if the Oil Company has a supported web site. This invoice is auto imported from the web site. The system can be setup so only prices that change need to be entered, otherwise data is auto copied from the previous invoice. Saving time !

30. Series2k Excel Pivot Reports A lot of Dealer like to see sales data in an Excel format, with Series2k you can get the data you want in the format you want displayed in Excel as can be seen from the next page. We can add Pivot reports as needed

Series2k Price Book System • The Series2k price book allows simple control of all your prices on your POS from a central system. • You can sort and display by many different methods by simply clicking on the header - headers can also be grouped. • To change prices simply hi light and group change - changing hundred’s of prices in seconds. • You can also use standard Microsoft search utilities such as the wildcard (*) and find any group of items by UPC • or Description.

33. Series2k EDI Palm Invoice System The Series2k EDI Palm Invoice system allows you to import electronic invoices from your vendors that offer this service. You can also input invoices from the Symbol SPT1700 or 1800 Handheld scanner. This can save invoices that are created at the front door of the store, or at Super Stores like Costco. This data is then used to update your price books and then these invoices can be consolidated to departments and posted to QuickBooks.

35. Series2k Reporting Series2k has a very large number of reports and if custom reports are needed please advise us. This service is included with our monthly fee. As can be seen the report selection is very complete and even allows you to customize reports if you have some basic Microsoft skills - please be careful though ask us for advice.

37. Series2k QuickBooks Posting To Post data to QuickBooks from Series2k you simply select the type of data you want to post along with the date range then click Post and the data is sent to QuickBooks automatically. You can post as many days at a time as you require.

40. Series2k Critical Inventory Series2k understand how important cigarette, lottery, phone card inventory (critical inventory) is to a Gas Station/C-Store. For this reason we developed the only immediate feed back system in the industry. Our system uses our hand held SPT scanner to take SHIFT inventory and give IMMEDIATE reports back to the cashier to compare their actual sales with the missing inventory by department. We have also patented a system to actually take cigarette inventory at the rate of 1 - 2 seconds per line to give an accurate count of a large C-Store in under 5 minutes.

41. Series2k Critical Inventory Using our barcode ruler and custom shelf labels we are able to easily and efficiently take cigarette inventory in approx.. 1- 2 seconds per row.

Series2k Critical Inventory Once shelves are scanned our system shows any missing rows and allows the user to input that data Then a complete line by line report is displayed showing O =Opening count+ = Added items - = Sold Quantity C =Current Count Desc = Which shelf Then a report is created that shows each department sales allowing easy comparison with the register to show any discrepancy.

43. Series2k Web based Management Our new web based management system is a SQL system running on the web allowing data to be taken from the POS, processed at the site and then posted to the web. Here is a typical days data that can be viewed by owners and managers. This system gives all the necessary date including sales, margins, profit, cash and fuel reconciliation in one easy to view form along with a month graph for quick trend review. All fields can then be drilled down to show the actual day, week or month details.
