What is “Self Paced” Training? • On-line self study program from the technicians own PC • Study at times that are convenient for the tech and your business • Program Includes Self Study Reference Guide that the tech can print • Self study Progress Testing and Study Verification with Reporting • Five (5) On-line Practice Tests

Who is Self Paced CTP Training Designed For? • Self Starters with Discipline to study on their own (6 -10 hours of study per component – 5 components) • Past success in learning from self study methods instead of in a classroom environment • Technicians who have earned other certifications such as CCNA, MSCE, etc • Technicians who have prior training and/or field experience in VoIP and Convergence Technologies • Not recommended for any tech with less than 3 years voice and data experience

What is e-Mentoring? • Student Access to CTP Certified Instructor via e-mail for Q&A while studying (up to 10 e-mails to the instructor) • Responses within 24 hours (1 business day) • Five (5) Instructor Led Q&A Sessions • One Hour Sessions (over 2.5 weeks) Accelerated Program • One Hour Sessions (over 5 weeks) • Interact via Phone and Web Conference • Instructors focus on: • Critical Areas of Self Study Guides • Test Specific Review • Student Questions
