  4. Why me? • Member of Zonta for 5 years • Have run eSOS for the last 16 years – since 1999 • Been responsible for the Warwick Zonta site and FB page since almost day one • Run a number of Facebook pages for NFPs, groups and clients

The Zonta Website • Keep info “above the fold” • Post regularly to increase Google ranking • Use posts to put information into categories in right side bar • Latest News • Newsletters • Club Info/Reports • Things to post: • Events • Short event-related stories with images • Post the story link to Facebook page and other social media • Club Newsletter – and share the link on social media

Facebook/Social Media • Increasing ‘exposure’ • Invite friends/members to like the page • Set aside time in the day or week to post • Search newsfeeds for interesting content • Like, comment, share • Like other Club pages • Add Events • Schedule posts to save time • Post links from website articles to your FB page • Add a Call to Action (contact; sign up; book now)

  8. What’s the Difference • Website –> a fixed presence • Advertising • Contact details • Club info • Facebook –> engagement • Share, comment • Respond to messages • Direct back to site • Sign ups or bookings
