This is called an impersonal verb because it is general and doesn’t refer to any one person in particular. ‘Se debe’ is used in the same way, meaning ‘you ought to / you should’. It is always followed by the infinitive. Ejemplo: Para unavidasana, se debecomer fruta y legumbres. For a healthy lifestyle, you ought to eat fruit and vegetables.
