  37. Principles of Financial Aid • All types of awards place an expectation to be academically successful. • These types of financial aid are money available to pay for your school. Technically and legally it’s not your money. If you are receiving this type of money, your funding source is trusting you to go to class prepared and earn a degree or certificate. • Your responsibility is to be successful to them.
