Finance Major Violations (Php100) • Failure to maintain the cleanliness of the booth and the 1-meter radius surrounding it. • Leaving the booth unattended. • Failure to close the booth by 5:00pm. • Failure to log-in and log-out IDs for a day. • 5. Using promotional materials other than what has been declared to Recweek 2009 Core and accepted by OSA. • Note: The RecWeek Team reserves the right to remove any promotional materials that have not been approved by the Promotions of the Recruitment Week or by the Office of Student Activities.

Finance Major Violations (Php100) • Sending e-mail blasts not yet approved by the Recweek Team. • Failure to submit the organization’s shifting schedule for the Recruitment Week by June 22, 2009 (Monday) 11:59pm. • Failure to hand in the organization’s daily report by 11:59pm two days later (e.g. your organization fails to submit its Monday recruitment report by Wednesday 11:59pm). • Displaying tarpaulins beyond the specified space for promotions (3rd time). • Distributing flyers inside and outside the Recweek Venue. • 11. Disrupting classes/offices or being reprimanded because of rowdy or noisy promotions.

  18. Finance Minor Violations (Php50) • Failure to open the booth by 9:00am • 2. Having more equipment than what has been previously specified in the list that the organization to the Logistics Team of the Recruitment Week. • 3. Failure to hand in the organization’s daily report by 11:59pm the next day (e.g. your organization fails to pass its Monday recruitment report by 11:59pm Tuesday). • 4. Failure to pass the requirements for Recweek 2009 (e.g. Org reps information, manual write-ups, promo materials) • 5. Delaying the flow of the program (e.g. Being late for the parade). • 6. Displaying promotional materials beyond the specified space for promotion (to be specified on the first day of Recweek 2009).

Sec-Gen • Daily Membership Report • The format to be followed can be seen in the excel file that was sent through email last June 10, 2009.  • Deadline • The Daily Membership Report should be submitted by 11:59 pm the following day to recweek_database@yahoo.com.Failure to submit by 11:59pm the day following recruitment will warrant a minor violation.Failure to submit 2 days after will warrant a major violation.
