  3. FASTQUAD To analyze how the mobility facilitating services work if they exist and how to set up this services in Russian HEIs. The aim is to specify conditions of creation such a service and to develop of guidance for exchange. Project plan of activities (theoretical): Analysis of the current situation in Russia, Principles of the EU mobility schemes, Development of joint modules & programs, Quality assurance.

  7. Perfect mobility scheme II Short-term or initial period: • Mobility under professor’s management: • Risk of corruption, • Risk of reputation losses (“forsaken students”), • Nepotism. Long-term period: • Mobility under administrative management

  8. Development of modules From roots: • Russian language decadence; • Risk of reputation losses; • Legal status of exchange student; To branches: • Modules of DD programs; • Modules of special program;

  9. QA: major problems Outgoing: • Financial, • Motivation • Foreign and Russian language • Recognition of studies Incoming: • Geo-motivation, • “Forsaken” students, • Legal status.
