  1. Dear Prospective Sponsor, • I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce you to HIGHTSTOWN RAMS POP • WARNER YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING and our sponsorship program. The • Hightstown Rams Youth Football & Cheerleading is an organization for children ages 5 through 14.  Participation is open to residents of Hightstown, East Windsor, Cranbury, Roosevelt, Washington Township, Robbinsville and surrounding towns. As one can imagine, expenses to run the organization are great. Sponsorship and fundraising for these young athletes will be a vital part in helping them to be the best they can be this season. • Ram: $250 • Your company’s name and website will proudly be displayed on our website through the season • Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed in x-large print on a banner on the field • Ability to distribute promotional materials to RAMS parents and at home games • You will receive a thank you note and framed picture to show community your involvement • Blue: $100 • Your company’s name and website will proudly be displayed on our website through the season • Your company’s logo will be displayed in large print on a banner on the field • Ability to distribute promotional materials at home games • You will receive a thank you note and framed picture to show community your involvement • Silver: $50 • Your company’s name will be displayed in medium print on a banner on the field • Ability to distribute promotional materials at home games • You will receive a thank you note and framed picture to show community your involvement • White: $25 • Your company’s name will be displayed in small print on a banner on the field • You will receive a thank you note and framed picture to show community your involvement • Friend of the RAMS: In-Kind donations (food and beverage to sell at concessions, paper goods, raffle items, etc) • Your company’s name and website will proudly be displayed on our website through the season • Your company’s name will be displayed in small print on a banner on the field • Thank you in advance for your support, • Hightstown Rams • Youth Football and Cheerleading Classified - Internal use

  2. Dear Prospective Sponsor, Thank you for your support of HIGHTSTOWN RAMS POP WARNER YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING and our sponsorship program. The Hightstown Rams Youth Football & Cheerleading is an organization for children ages 5 through 14.  Participation is open to residents of Hightstown, East Windsor, Cranbury, Roosevelt, Washington Township, Robbinsville and surrounding towns. In 2009, the Midget Cheerleaders won their national competition in Disney World. In 2011, the Jr. Pee Wee Cheerleaders advanced and competed in the Pop Warner National Championships in Disney World and Midget Football team advanced to the state finals. It is because of donations like this, we are able to help offset the competition and travel fees for the squads/teams and their coaches.
