  12. System takes control of the application by means of assignments to employees responsible for the next process and notifications to all interested parties.

  13. Once a document / photo has been attached you can view or print it any time

  14. System assigns the application to the Department head who must now assign role players to see this application through.

  15. System assigns each role player a ‘scrutinize’ assignment, as well as ‘Legal Dept.’

  16. Each Role player will have to perform his/her scrutinize. NB; ALL DETAIL IS AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING

  18. System monitors each ‘scrutinize’ before continuing with the application process, which is the Requesting of Comments

  19. System notifies each Department that comments have been requested.

  20. Multiple Comments may be captured.

  21. The Application may be held until all comments received, or may continue with evaluation (User’s Option)

  22. The Evaluation must be Authorised.

  23. Selection here determines the route of the application. System validates various data captured. (Objections, Negative Comments )

  24. Opposed Route – The system guides through compiling the CPC report (Ex letters) and Authorising the CPC report.

  25. Opposed Route – The system guides Setting Committee Hearing dates, Capturing Outcomes, and Re-schedules hearings.

  26. The Un-Opposed route The system guides the user through the compiling of the “Approval Letter” as opposed to the “CPC Report” The Capturing of the Outcome Routine follows.

  27. The last step is to Capture the Outcome, which is done by selecting a Status.

  28. Depending on the application type the system guides the application through to; Draft Scheme Process Publish (promulgation) Issuing of Regulation 38, 82, 101.

  29. The System Controls; Objections - Withdrawn, Active and Late. Appeals – Including hearings and outcomes. Comments Management – Withdrawn, Negative, and Conditions. Advertisements (Newspapers) and Placards Applications withdrawn, Abandoned, and Re-evaluation.
