  2. Warm-Up • You will write the first paragraph of your process paper. • The first paragraph should explain why you picked your topic. Make it personal. • The paragraph must be 5 sentences long.

  3. Example of 1st Paragraph • When I was in fourth grade I went on a field trip to the Alamo with my class. While at the Alamo I was told stories of the Texas Revolution. I will never forget the stories of the men who died at the Alamo. Men and Women fighting and dying for what they believed in. The trip I took three years ago still stays with me. This is the reason I have chosen to create a project on the Texas Revolution.
