Typical Implementation Happenings • THE PLAN – Implement Basic Replacement Functionality • Should Of – You won’t think of everything during the implementation – include some time for contingencies in the Project Plan • Would Of – Continue to Restructure your organization to efficiently utilize the new system • Could Of – Let’s expand system functionality – we bought it, let’s use it! • It’s Never Too Late – Reengineer and/or reverse engineer your processes
