Masters Report • Committee Representatives (Tad M., Janice C., Kate L., Jap E., Ron L., Mike B., Jeff O., Zac W., and Al C.) • 5 conference calls beginning Oct. 12 • 1 bridge meeting with Tad, Al and advisory board members Steve K. and Mark L. • 1 general session with Dean David Christy • MSA > Cal Poly ability to execute

Cal Poly MSA Options • 3 Options • Integrated program- similar to previous program with some ideal possibilities. • Stand Alone Masters in Accounting- move/create curriculum for Masters level. • MBA with an emphasis in Accounting- leverage Graduate degree in accelerated 4 month MBA degree. **None of these are viable solutions in the current state

  6. Observations for Advisory Board • Course coverage by current faculty. • Dean Christie philosophy on faculty composition. • Is Accounting education recognized for being successful? • What does the Advisory Board recommend?
