  2. Large, heavy breasts can lead to neck, back, and shoulder pain. Heavy breasts can also lead to shoulder indentations, and extreme self-consciousness. Step 1

  3. Incisions outline the area of skin and breast tissue to be removed, as well as the new position for the nipple. Step 2

  4. Skin formerly located above the nipple is brought down and together to reshape the breast. Sutures close the incisions, giving the breast its new contour. Step 3

  5. Scars around the areola, below it, and in the crease under the breast should be considered permanent, but can be easily concealed by your bra. Step 4
