  4. "Selective involvement" • Preservation of militarian presence in strategically important regions of the world • Implementation of preventive maintenance and settlement of conflicts • Aspiration to special roles in various international organizations Broader circle of USA national interests

"The coordinated security" The priority is given to multilateral efforts of the states in the world community in designation of threats to security and to repulsion of aggression • the source of threats for the state - absence of democracy • democratization of the world community - the main guarantee of maintenance international security and interests of the USA • preservation of the USA superiority and present military potential as main element of collective international forces
