  1. PLEASE……….. Do not move any of the chairs from the tables.

  2. You made it to 8th grade! Now what?

  3. So who is this Mrs. Shelia Butler lady?

  4. I am a product of Anderson 1 schools.I graduated from Wren, but I’m a Mustang now!

  5. I have been married to the world’s best husband, Greg, for almost 16 years. We have two kids; Adam and Mary Alice. Adam is in 9th grade. Mary Alice is in 3rd.

  6. I attended Winthrop University where I majored in Biology.

  7. HOWEVER, I am a Georgia fan!

  8. Pictures to share!

  9. Go Mustangs! CLASSROOM PROCEDURES

  10. Morning Hall There you will have the choice to • Read or B. Work on HW. If you are doing A or B, you may listen to your music. If you are not working on A or B, you must sit quietly. You may not have your phone out unless you have headphones plugged in and is not in your hand.

  11. THE MASTER RULE! WHEN THE TEACHER TALKS, YOU DON’T. (We don’t want her to look like this!)

  12. Complete All Work • If you choose to not complete your work, then I choose to take your free time. • Example: Lunchtime Learning • Example: Staying in during morning tutoring or after school detention with me while completing your work.

  13. Late Work • Any work not completed on time, including tests, will receive a 10% penalty. Second chance retests count as late work. • Algebra and Honors ELA need to follow the guidelines on their syllabus. • This will not affect people who are out sick and have a valid excuse.

  14. Gossip Free Zone In here, all talking had better relate to the subject or be introduced by me. Save your personal conversations for the hallway, lunchroom, and recess. Gossip is not a good idea. I do not want to hear about what happened in another class, on the bus, in the hall, etc… Save your drama for your mama!

  15. To Get Your Attention I will hold up my hand – you may finish your sentence, but then stop talking and pay attention. If I start counting, then stop before I get to three. Please, also raise your hand before speaking.
