  2. What is a juice cleanse? Also known as juice fasting, it is a controversial fasting method and a detox diet in which a person consumes only fruit and vegetable juices to obtain nutrition while otherwise abstaining from food consumption.

  3. How Does It Work? A Person will drink a total of 5 juices per day- and eat one meal that contains only fruits and vegetables. *Of course this can be modified depending to a persons taste and health. * You should plan your goals, your recipes, your shopping lists, and even your schedule.
