What technology and assessment issue you would like to see addressed at the pre-conference workshop? • Privacy issues using social media. • I'd like to see how communications systems (CRMs, for example) can be integrated into student documentation processes and how FERPA impacts external technology client access. Otherwise, I am a sponge, and will soak up what I can! • Those that are not heavy on cost or time to implement • How to assess a new campus wide advising tool? How to get all colleges and departments to buy into using the new tool? The best way to integrate a new advising tool with current IT processes.
