  2. History of Eric’s Pet Vet Eric's Quick Pet Vet My business started to tailor to the needs of on the go people that don not have time to wait for their pet to be examined. You can drop your pet off and tell us what you need for your pet. The pet will be taken care of then put in our pet play center or comfortable kennel.

  3. Our Services. We offer flea and tick treatment, examinations, pet boarding, and medical treatments. We also service small animals for a reduced price.

  4. Where we are located We are located in the Shopping center.

  5. It’s a good location It is because you can drop your pet off. Also it is a highly traffic area.

  6. Our industry We sell medicine, do operations, and checkups.

  7. Our industry is doing good Its doing good because people like the idea of fast vet service.

  8. Typical customer Our typical customer would be any age and doesn't have a lot of time.

  9. Personal They have pets and are on the go.

  10. Number of customers We service between 10-20 pets a day.

  11. Plan of approach Hand out flyers in the mall and have tv ads when we get going.

  12. Competition Our competitors would be petsmart, and other fast vets.

  13. Advantages We are locally owned, are affordable, and have good hours.

  14. Dissavatages Not as much money, not very publicized, and have limited staff.

  15. How to sell our services. We advertise our fast service and good prices. Also have coupons for first time people.

  16. Prices 15 dollars for a exam 20 dollars for a flea and tick killing bath 50-100 for vaccinations and/or medicine.

  17. How we set them How many customers we get and how much the items cost.

  18. Employees. I need a receptionist 2, 4 veterinary nurses, and a financial manager.

  19. Employees jobs Receptionist- answers phones and checks people in Nurses- handles pre exam and pre op. Also takes care of the supplies. Financial manager- Takes care of expenses. Me the doctor- I do the shots and operations also take care of boarding.

  20. Recruiting I will find employees that just came out of medical school looking for a good starting job.

  21. How I pay them. I pay them based on the hours they do and they get paid every 2 weeks.

  22. How much I will pay them 15 dollars and hour and they will get sick pay.

  23. Job description. The receptionist will have to be polite and answer calls. Also be kind to the people checking in or out. The nurses will have to handle med supplies and perform pre exam and pre op things. I will work on the pet boarding and I will do operations and shots. The financial manager will handle inventory and money.

  24. Chain of command Higher on the list more power. Vet[me] I manage all the jobs and pets Nurse manage the preparation and supplies Financial manager manages the money Receptionist manages the people.
