  5. Modern Engineering • Joseph Fourier is considered the Father of Engineering due to his many discoveries. • Engineers today learn more each and every day due to there new discoveries. • Modern Engineers have given us amazing things like bridges, buildings and electronic gadgets.

  6. Engineering’s Future • New developments could possibly lead to gas-free cars, touch-less televisions, and other technological advances. • Bridges are being made of stronger metals, due to our findings in recent history. • More and more prospective students are enrolling in engineering majors.
