Verification process • Activated Status appears when the department commences the verification process • Reports are ready for checking • Status after the provider selects “refresh reports” • Selected after revisions are made if errors are detected • Signed Off • Verifying • Status after the provider selects “sign off” • Sign off detects no errors • After the provider “starts verification” • Provider checks verification reports • Activated • Data refreshing
